At Everry, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day return or exchange policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact us within 60 days of delivery to begin the process.
✅ Return & Exchange Conditions
- All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping back.
- Return/exchange requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches or signs of wear.
- Returns must include a trackable shipping method. Packages without tracking cannot be processed.

🟢 Full Coverage (We cover return and replacement shipping)
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived broken or defective
- Incorrect engraving
🟡 Limited Coverage (Customer covers return and replacement shipping)
- Wrong size ordered
- Item not as expected in person
🔴 Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Customized items (engraved, special sizes, color, cut, etc.)
- Items that have been worn or previously replaced/exchanged
- Items returned without the original jewelry tag
📦 How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number to initiate a return or exchange request.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please return the item within 7 days using a shipping service with tracking and signature confirmation.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days and issue a refund or send out the replacement.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you selected free or discounted shipping.
- Orders with free shipping will have a $10 deduction applied to the refund.
❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders can be fully canceled before shipping.
- For personalized or engraved items:
- 0–10 hours after order: No cancellation fee
- 10–24 hours: $10 cancellation fee
- After 24 hours: $20 cancellation fee
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, wait for delivery and follow our return process. Do not refuse the package — undelivered parcels may be destroyed by the carrier.
